When you connect Prefixbox and Infobip with our app, you can power your chatbot with the same Prefixbox search engine that’s on your online store.
What You Will Need
- An Infobip account. If you don't have an Infobip account, **sign up here.**
- A Prefixbox account with a configured search engine. If you don’t have a Prefixbox account, request a free trial and our team will get in contact with you.
Set Up Connection with Prefixbox
Search API Key
You can find your Search API Key on the Prefixbox API Portal under your Profile page.
Search Engine Identifier
The unique identifier points to your search engine configuration. You can find this on the Prefixbox Portal > Search boxes page > Tracker column.
Add Configuration to Infobip
- Log into Infobip and navigate to Exchange > Prefixbox Answers.
- Click the Add button and accept the Exchange Terms & Conditions. Next, you will see a configuration page.
- Select the Configuration
- Fill out the form with the information acquired above (Search API Key, Search Engine Identifier)
